1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Saju (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Saju provides fortune-telling readings based on traditional Korean Saju (四柱) principles, enhanced with artificial intelligence. The App offers:

• Personalized Saju profile based on your birth data
• Free daily fortune readings
• AI-powered fortune-telling consultations (paid feature)

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

Saju is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Readings and advice generated by the App should not be considered a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, or psychological counsel. You should not make important life decisions based solely on information from the App.

4. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

Your Saju profile and daily readings are available at no cost.

Premium Features

The “Saju” AI fortune-telling feature requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in the App are owned by Saju and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content

Readings and responses from the Saju AI are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for meaningful and culturally informed responses, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated readings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saju shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
